I finally come back, and this place looks like even more of a shithole than before I left.

Looks like business is going to be slow for a while.

I wonder how many of you actually know that animals can sense earthquakes, and will seek shelter beforehand?

It's just one of oh-so-many ways that animals are far superior to humans...

Thankfully, my clinic was well-prepared for such an occasion, and I haven't lost anything aside from some small, rarely-used medicines my... dear father gave me.

It's been a long while since the last time I had to fucking sleep in a box on the street.

Well, its that time again, I still have two rooms left in my apartment building that I NEED to rent out!

Its bedrooms with attached bathrooms, with a shared  kitchen and laundry between the four total rooms.  I am totally willing to negotiate on rent and cooking and stuff like that.
